Cardiovascular Disease: PREVENTION AND DIAGNOSIS/BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS

Patients over 40 years, without a blood pressure recorded in recent years, are being contacted to take a reading and submit to us to review and manage if required. 

This is a preventative measure to identify any medical concerns.

If you dont have a BP machine at home you can come into the surgery and take it, then submit to our receptionist.

You can also go to your local pharmacy and they will assist you there.
